About the Event

Friday is the warm up session with music in the marquee from 6pm. Saturday & Sunday are the main event days from 12pm.

Please make sure you read and accept the following rules before purchasing camping tickets-

Guests under 18 do not require camping or event tickets but they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

• Camping check-in opens on Friday 22nd August from 10am until 10pm. Please do not arrive outside of these times. Thursday night check-in may be available on request. Please contact the office on 07817 939458 for more information.

• If you are attending with family or friends, the only way we can guarantee you are camped together, is if you arrive together. This also applies to group bookings. SPACES CAN NOT BE RESERVED.

 • No Vehicle movement on site (including touring vehicles & caravans) between 10pm until 7am.

 • Please note event camping is none electric- EHU is not available.

 • Noise to be kept to a minimum between 10pm until 8am. Remember to close car doors and gates quietly. Radio/ television/ music etc must not be to the annoyance of the other campers. NO MUSIC after 10pm.

 • Visitors to the campsite are not permitted.

 • Please respect the privacy of other campers.

 • No ball games in the camping/ caravan area - please use the open field.

 • When you leave, kindly leave your pitch clean and clear of litter.

 • You are responsible for your pet's behaviour. Pets must be kept on a secure lead (no more than 3 meters long) , and under control at all times .

 • Generators must be switched off between 10pm until 8am.

• Fire pits are used at your own risk; you are solely responsible for your barbecue and fire, and you must never leave them unattended. Please ensure your fire is extinguished before going to bed. Ashes must be cool & disposed of in the appropriate bin.  

FIRE PITS & BBQ`S MUST BE KEPT AT LEAST 12 INCH OFF THE GROUND.

Please note whilst children are welcome at this event, we are a licensed venue and alcohol will be served. No outside drinks to be consumed in public areas, including the event arena. 

We operate a strict ‘challenge 25’ policy so if you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will require valid photographic identification. No ID- no sale 🆔
